As a former client, I had BBSoNE’s contact information saved in my phone at the very unfortunate chance that we encountered these nasty creatures again. Recently, I came across a bug that scarily resembled a bed bug and reached out to Shawn immediately in a panic with a picture. Within literal hours the same day, he came over and inspected my house (left no mattress unturned) and cross-referenced the pic I took with a colleague and within that same day they confirmed it was not in fact a bed bug.
